The Tennessee Titans — who finished the 2024 season 3-14 — have the first pick in this year’s draft. The Cleveland Browns and New York Giants follow with the second and third picks.
Cam Ward is widely considered a top-of-the-class quarterback in this year’s draft and has the potential to be a franchise-changing starter right away. Ward has a strong arm, mobile feet and an accurate deep-ball throwing motion. He can also run the ball very well and has a high-end ceiling as an NFL quarterback.
Scouts and analysts are still debating whether he can play right tackle or center, but either way, he is a talented player who will be a productive contributor for the Titans from day one.
Shedeur Sanders is another big-name prospect who could have a huge impact in the league. The Colorado quarterback is a dual-threat who has the speed to run through gaps and the strength to power past offensive linemen.
While it might not be as exciting as years ago when a superstar QB would instantly elevate fantasy leagues, players like Allen, Jackson and Daniels are palatable at their current draft cost. And the upcoming class has plenty of other talented players who can step in and make an immediate impact.
